You're always in one of three dimensions: cyan, magenta, or yellow. Tap the right side of the screen to cycle. Same-color obstacles are lethal; same-color crystals are collectable. Off-color of either fades to a non-lethal, non-collectable outline. The shift is the verb. Color is the puzzle.

Powers are earned in-run by collecting four same-color crystals. Cyan triggers Hyperdrive (5s), magenta triggers Shield (6s), yellow triggers Magnet (7s). They're free and recharge as you play.

Boosts are unlocks you bring into a run. There are four: Ghost Mode (invisibility, 8s), Prism Clone (one-hit extra life), Time Fracture (slow-mo + 2× crystal score, 7s), and Dimensional Maelstrom (screen-clearing detonation, 10s). Each unlocks at a score milestone or can be bought with crystals; Pro Edition grants all four immediately.

Chain a combo of ten in any single dimension and Prism Mode kicks in for ten seconds — every color collectable, full rainbow visuals, 10× score. Best opportunity to lap the leaderboard.

Yes — always on. Each dimension has both a color and a glyph: cyan ●, magenta ■, yellow ▲. The glyphs are baked into every crystal, obstacle, HUD pip, and dimension badge so you never need to read color alone.

1. Open Prism Runner.
2. Open Settings (gear icon) or the in-game Store.
3. Tap Restore Purchases and sign in with the Apple ID that bought Pro originally.

Cosmetic skins are not currently for sale — you'll see them in the menu, but the in-game store is paused. They'll return in a future update.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days — Apple usually decides within a few days.

If something specific went wrong on our end, email us first. We'll often help directly.

1. Confirm both devices are signed into the same iCloud account: Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
2. Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled and Prism Runner appears in the app list under iCloud.
3. Open Prism Runner on each device and tap Sync now in settings.

Save data, cosmetic selections, unlock state, and crystal balance all sync via iCloud. Game Center handles the leaderboards and achievements separately.

Prism Runner targets 120 FPS on ProMotion devices and 60 FPS elsewhere. If runs feel choppy:

1. Force-quit and relaunch the app.
2. Check Settings → Battery → low-power mode (it caps the GPU).
3. Cool down a hot device — long sessions outdoors can throttle iPhones.
4. Update to the latest iOS version. Apple ships scheduler fixes regularly.

Each biome has its own ambient layer plus three crystal pitches (cyan/magenta/yellow). If something's off:

1. Toggle the silent switch off and back on.
2. Check that no other audio app (call, music, podcast) is monopolizing the audio session.
3. Restart the app.

If a specific biome's audio sounds broken, please email — that's almost always a bug and we want to fix it.

1. Force-quit, then relaunch.
2. Restart the device.
3. Confirm your iOS is at least the version listed on the App Store page.
4. Reinstall the app — your iCloud save will return after sign-in.
