Plain-English terms of use. By installing or playing Prism Runner you're agreeing to what's below. Most of it is what you'd expect; the rest is here so neither of us is surprised.

You can play it.
Drew Galbraith grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Prism Runner on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial use.
You can
- Install on any device on your Apple ID — Family Sharing covers your household.
- Play offline. Save data syncs back when you reconnect.
- Stream or record gameplay for personal channels (YouTube, Twitch, social). A credit is appreciated; not required.
- Take screenshots and use them however you'd use any screenshot.
You can't
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets.
- Modify the app, redistribute it, or sell access to it.
- Use the trademark "Prism Runner" or the prism mark logo for your own commercial product.
- Cheat, exploit, or use third-party tools to manipulate scores, achievements, or leaderboards.
Rated 4+.
Prism Runner is rated 4+ on the App Store. There's no violence, no mature themes, no in-game chat. Players under 13 should have a parent or guardian's permission and should use Apple's Family Sharing / Screen Time controls — those govern Game Center and in-app purchases for minors.
Fair play, always.
Game Center is Apple's service. We use it for nothing more than leaderboards and achievements. By playing on a Game Center–signed device, you also agree to Apple's Game Center terms.
Fair play rules
- No score-injection tools, save editors, or modified clients.
- No automation: every input must be a human touch.
- No multi-account abuse to inflate placement or game shared boards.
- If we detect a score that's beyond the game's mathematical maximum, we report it to Apple, who handles enforcement.
Suspicious entries get reviewed and may be removed from public boards. Apple owns the actual ban hammer; we don't.

Cosmetic store
The cosmetic skins menu is currently disabled. Skins are not for sale at this time. They may return in a future release; if so, the App Store listing will reflect the change.
Payments and refunds
Apple processes the payment, holds the receipt, and handles refunds. We never see your billing information. Submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days. Apple usually decides within a few days.
If something specific went wrong on our end (e.g. Pro didn't restore correctly), email support@prismrunner.com first. Often we can resolve it directly without going through Apple.
Free runs have ads.
The free tier shows interstitial and banner ads served by Google AdMob. Pro Edition is ad-free across every mode.
App Tracking Transparency
On first launch, iOS shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Your answer drives AdMob's data collection:
- "Ask App Not to Track": non-personalized ads. No IDFA shared.
- "Allow Tracking": AdMob may use your IDFA, device type, and OS version for personalization.
- Change your mind any time at iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

The game evolves.
Updates and changes
We push updates regularly — new biomes, balance tweaks, bug fixes, sometimes new modes or boosts. Some updates require accepting an updated end-user license through the App Store. We don't downgrade Pro Edition entitlements; once you've bought Pro, those benefits keep working in future versions even if pricing or feature mix changes.
Prohibited conduct
- Don't attempt to interfere with leaderboards, Game Center, or our infrastructure.
- Don't impersonate the developer or pretend to be official support.
- Don't use the app to harass other users via Game Center nicknames.
As-is, in good faith.
We work hard to make Prism Runner stable and secure. Despite that, the app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drew Galbraith's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of Prism Runner is limited to the amount you paid for Pro Edition (or zero, for free-tier players). We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — lost data, lost time, frustration when a 200-combo run dies on the last crystal.
If we have to part ways.
Termination
You can terminate this agreement any time by uninstalling the app. We can terminate it if you materially breach these terms — typically by cheating leaderboards or attempting to circumvent IAP — by removing your access via Apple. Pro Edition is non-refundable from us in cases of breach; you'd request a refund through Apple separately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are subject to the courts of the developer's residence, except where prohibited by your local consumer protection law.
The App Store bits.
Apple distributes Prism Runner. These clauses are required by Apple's App Store agreement and apply to every iOS app sold or downloaded through the App Store.
This agreement is between you and us
This agreement is concluded between you and Drew Galbraith only — not with Apple. Drew Galbraith, not Apple, is solely responsible for Prism Runner and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.
Maintenance and support
Drew Galbraith is solely responsible for providing any maintenance or support services with respect to Prism Runner, as specified in these terms or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for Prism Runner.
Warranty
Drew Galbraith is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of Prism Runner to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Prism Runner; any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Drew Galbraith.
Product claims
Drew Galbraith, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Prism Runner, including but not limited to: product liability claims; any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with our use of HealthKit, HomeKit, or similar Apple frameworks (none of which Prism Runner uses).
Intellectual property
In the event of any third-party claim that Prism Runner or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Drew Galbraith (not Apple) is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
Legal compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
